Abstract

This contribution proposes a cross-sectional study of the territory, recognizing that quality of life, competitiveness, research and development are structural conditions that should not be ascribed exclusively to the efficiency of the economy, to the degree of integrity of an ecosystem, to the level of social cohesion.
