The redesign of the military and industrial spaces suggests the theme of de-functionalization as an element that, on the one hand marks the path of transformation through the succession of urban times, on the other it is a renewal engine, not only aimed at the rational use of the area resource but also with opportunities for aesthetic enhancement of the city, sometimes with a wide cultural and recreational offer.
